Where Do You Deliver To?
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

How Much Does it Cost?
Deliveries within the Mainland UK are FREE*

Please note –  There will be an extra delivery charge for deliveries to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey. To find out the cost please select your location from the drop down menu at the checkout. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether or not this applies to you.

*Saturday or weekday morning deliveries (before 9:30am or 10:30am) can be arranged for an additional charge.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?
We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you (or the intended recipient) may not be available however If you have a safe place to leave a delivery please let us know. If you are not available our courier will attempt to contact you using the number you provide at checkout. There will be a card left confirming that they have attempted delivery which contains a contact number so you can speak directly to the couriers and agree a mutually convenient delivery time or alternatively, to arrange for you to collect the order directly from their depot. There will only be one attempt to redeliver then your items will be returned to our warehouse.PLEASE ENSURE YOU TRACK YOUR ITEM AS THERE IS A £50 REDELIVERY FEE

Can items be delivered to an address other than my own?
We will deliver your items to the address of your choosing, You’ll have the option to tell us where you want to send the items during the checkout process.

Can you provide me with a delivery time?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a delivery time. You will be able to check the progress of a delivery by contacting our couriers and providing them with your individual tracking (consignment) number which will be emailed to you on dispatch of your product. You can do this using their online service or by telephone on 0208 310 9989.

What do I do if there is a problem?
Our couriers operate right up until 6pm every day. In the event that there is a problem please call us on 0333 1234 210

What if the delivery looks damaged?
Please ensure you check your delivery before signing for it, if after further inspection there is a problem we need to know as soon as possible. If it has been left, or posted, then please retain all the delivery packaging and contact us.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 14 day returns policy as  stipulated by law. The order must be in its original condition and in adequate packaging. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item back in our warehouse. Please contact us before returning or cancelling an order and have your order number and the date of purchase ready.

Please note – The charge for returning your order will not be covered by UTS Sales and Repairs Ltd unless the item is damaged or faulty. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us.

Our returns policy does not cover goods made to order or bespoke items. They are not returnable unless damaged or faulty.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

If you want to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered you must do so before 2:30pm on the day of purchase. All orders are picked and packed immediately so  In some cases we cannot stop the order from being sent but we will arrange collection for the day after the item has arrived.

We will expect the goods to be received back in our warehouse within 10 working days from notification of cancellation

What do you mean by “working height” and “platform height”?
Working height is the height that someone of average height can safely reach when using the selected tower. Platform height is the highest point the platform you stand on will be positioned.

What does 850 (single width)  and 1450 (double width) mean?
These are the widths of the industrial towers in millimetres (centre-to-centre). The outer dimension is 50mm more.

What does 1.8m or 2.5m long mean?
This is the length of the platform.

Can I come and see the tower before making a purchase?
Yes but please call to make an appointment first.

What are your business hours?
Our online shop is open 7 days a week. Our office hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday. The office is closed at weekends and on public holidays however we will answer emails/calls and respond to live chat during these times.

Are tools required to build it?
No. Nothing at all.

What size are the castor wheels supplied?
150mm (6″) Diameter are supplied with The industrial towers.
125mm (5″) Diameter are supplied with the Podiums, Fold Out Tower and One Man Tower

Why aren’t  stabilisers provided with the 1.7m Platform Height Tower?
The base area of towers with a 1.7m platform height and below is sufficient without stabilisers and as they are not required by EN1004 at this height it satisfies the Working at Height Regulations.
