Special Scaffold Towers

When manufacturing special towers, the first step is to create a design that meets the necessary safety requirements. This includes ensuring that the design has the appropriate load capacity, as well as any additional safety features such as guard rails, catches for ladders and anti-slip surfaces. The design must also include a locking mechanism to ensure the tower is secure when in use.

Once the design is complete, it is time to create the actual scaffold tower. Special scaffold towers are usually made from durable aluminium, which is cut and welded according to the design specifications. Any additional scaffold tower parts that are needed, such as guardrails and catches, will also be welded onto the frame.

Special scaffold towers must be tested to ensure they meet safety requirements. This includes testing the load capacity, as well as any additional safety features such as guardrails and catch locks. Once the tower has passed said safety tests, it is inspected to check for any welding defects or other imperfections.

Upon passing these tests and receiving approval, the special scaffold tower is ready to be shipped out to customers. Before shipping, the tower is given a final check to make sure that it is safe and complies with relevant safety regulations.
