Making A Purchase
By making a purchase you accept all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

  • We accept payment by both Debit and Credit card. We also accept payment by Bank Transfer (account details on request) or cheque, however the goods will not be dispatched until we are in receipt of cleared funds and therefore may result in an extended delivery time. When you place an order it will be treated as an offer by you to purchase, we reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion. Dispatch of the goods will signify our acceptance of the order and will constitute a legally binding contract between us, the seller and you the purchaser under these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time, also to adjust the price of any item on our website at our discretion.
  • Title
    of the goods shall pass to you the purchaser, only when paid for in full. The responsibility and risk of the goods shall pass to you the purchaser at the point of delivery and we shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of the goods thereafter.
  • Descriptions
    We try where possible to provide accurate descriptions, sizes, heights, weights, and images of all our products. However due to continual development, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy and such information should only be treated as a guide.
  • Delivery Schedule
    We aim to deliver within 48 hours, however this is subject to availability of stock and excludes orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays. Every product on this site is delivered by our standard service and a valid signature will be required on collection or delivery. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your goods arrive on time, however we shall not be held liable for any loss of earnings, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of late or non delivery of the order or any part thereof.
    For health and safety reasons and to avoid any property damage, ‘large bulk’ items can only be delivered to the exterior of a ground floor location at the delivery address. You must therefore make your own arrangements at your own risk if the relevant item needs to be transported from the delivery location. We will not provide any unpacking, installation or fitting services upon delivery unless otherwise agreed by us.
    Goods Damaged in Transit & Shortages
    You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the couriers receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately in order for us to be able to dispatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us within 48 hours of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the couriers and trace the missing items.
  • Tax Charges
    All prices are excluding VAT at the standard rate of 20 %.
  • Guarantee
    Every product purchased from us is guaranteed for 5 years for manufacturers defects. If your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will arrange the repair or replacement. The above guarantee does not cover faults caused by neglect, misuse, physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.
  • Privacy Policy
    UTS Sales and Repairs Ltd does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than to couriers when order details are processed as part of order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other party.
  • Website Availability
    Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, UTS Sales and Repairs Ltd takes no responsibility for and will not be held liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
  • Feedback
    We welcome your valuable comments in striving to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we would also be grateful if you have constructive comments to improve our product offering and service.
  • Our Terms & Conditions of Sale do not affect your Statutory Rights.
